In 2003, Mr. Hunt created the Rodney P. Hunt Family Foundation
(the "Foundation"). The Foundation is dedicated to providing funding and resources for:

(a) the furtherance of youth sports for the benefit of inner city and disadvantaged children;

(b) the promotion of educational pursuits at all levels of education, particularly for inner city and disadvantaged youth;

(c) medical research with a particular emphasis on cancer and AIDS research; and

(d) advancement of minority business owners and entrepreneurs.
